After graduating from the University of Southern California (USC) in 2004, Kim Morse built a strong foundation in the construction and development industry—an experience that would later become instrumental in shaping the success of Morse Landscapes.
With over a decade of hands-on leadership, Kim has successfully managed more than 50 construction projects, guiding them from the earliest entitlement phases all the way through to final build-out. Her project portfolio spans a wide range of scales, from intimate $10,000 designs to large-scale developments valued at over $30 million. This breadth of experience has given her a deep understanding of both the creative and technical sides of construction and landscaping.
Kim’s expertise goes far beyond just managing crews or coordinating vendors. She’s a seasoned professional in navigating city regulations, planning departments, and homeowner associations (HOAs). Her ability to work collaboratively with governing agencies ensures that every project not only meets design goals but also aligns with local codes, timelines, and budgets.
